As Group CFO, Dinesh will oversee the company’s financial strategy and operations, reinforcing its strong position in the mum-and-baby sector across Southeast Asia. His appointment comes at a time when The Parentinc is scaling its in-house brands and expanding its retail and distribution network.

Over the past 15 years, The Parentinc has evolved into a fast-growing and profitable consumer goods powerhouse in the mum-and-baby segment across Southeast Asia. The Parentinc’s core D2C business is further powered by its media platform, theAsianparent, and its retail and distribution arm, motherswork, which enhances the company’s offering with a wide range of both in-house and global third-party brands.
The ability to scale in-house brands across Southeast Asia has positioned The Parentinc as a homegrown company capable of building a truly regional business that is both high-growth and profitable. Coupled with backing by strong investors such as East Ventures and Vertex Ventures, the company is well-positioned to continue its rapid growth within the mum-and-baby sector. Dinesh’s financial leadership will be pivotal in driving this continued expansion and ensuring the company’s long-term financial stability.
“I’m thrilled to join The Parentinc at such an exciting time,” Dinesh shares. “The company’s mission to support young families deeply resonates with me. With our founder Roshni’s leadership and vision, I’m confident we will continue to build on the company’s success and make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions of families across Southeast Asia.”
